"When Jim Zorn was there, he was hands-on," Randle El said. "He had great potential, but Dan Snyder was too involved because he didn't trust coach Zorn as much as he did coach (Joe) Gibbs, and those were things that prevented us from success as a team."

WR Antwaan Randle El has struggled as the team's primary punt returner. Zorn said, "We're going to make, you know, some adjustments and things like that. It doesn't mean that Antwaan's going to be totally sitting on the bench the whole time. But we're going to try to get other guys involved. ... We're going to try to get Devin more involved now."
