Independent League | Chillicothe's Martin dies

The Associated Press reports Chillicothe Paints OF Steve Martin, 24, died following a car accident when his car crossed the center line and veered off a country road before striking a tree and guardrail Thursday, July 6. He died 90 minutes later, and a report said speed and alcohol were factors. KFFL sends its condolences to family and friends.
