The Sun-Sentinel reports the Miami Dolphins have confirmed the addition of former Army linebackers coach Steve Tovar to their football operations staff. He played in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals, San Diego Chargers and Carolina Panthers from 1993-2000.
