White Sox | Jeff Samardzija contract extension talk

Thu, 05 Mar 2015 16:38:09 -0800

Chicago White Sox SP Jeff Samardzija is unlikely to sign an extension with the White Sox before he gets to test free agency in the offseason, in the opinion of CBSSports.com's Jon Heyman.

Fantasy Tip: Samardzija is coming off of an excellent season in which he tallied a 2.99 ERA pitching for the Cubs and A's. He's a starting pitcher who teeters on the fringe of being an SP2 and should be drafted in the middle rounds.
