Jim Wyatt, of The Tennessean, reports Tennessee Titans DE Ulrich Winkler (knee) has returned to the practice field this week. Winkler is recovering from a torn ACL he suffered last year in training camp. He is not yet 100 percent healthy, but head coach Jeff Fisher acknowledged Winkler has worked hard as they push him through individual drills.

NFLEurope.com reports the Cleveland Browns have placed DE Ulrich Winkler on their practice squad. The third year of NFL International Development Practice Squad program will see teams in the NFC East and AFC North divisions each carry an NFLEL national player on their practice squad roster for the duration of the upcoming campaign.
