He jammed his finger while sliding into a base in the Hawaiian Winter League. X-rays on the finger came back negative and Negrych should be able to return to the designated hitter role within the next few days. Before his injury, he was 9-for-33 with three RBIs and six walks in 10 games with the West Oahu CaneFires.
