Pittsburgh Steelers DL Chris Hoke (neck) will have neck surgery, ending his season and perhaps his NFL career. Hoke left the team's Oct. 16 game with what was described as a "stinger" in his neck. He has not played since.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said Monday, Dec. 5, that RB Jonathan Dwyer (foot) and DL Chris Hoke (neck) visited the doctor due to injuries. Hoke is dealing with the lingering effects of a stinger suffered earlier in the season.
