The Atlanta Braves selected OF John Johnson, of A Crawford Mosley H.S. (Fla.), with the No. 24 pick in the 2006 First-Year Player Draft. He has three above average pitches with a fastball, slider and curve. Johnson is a left-handed hitting outfielder with good size at 6-foot-4 and 195 pounds. He will turn 18 in August.
