Pat Yasinskas, reports for the Sporting News, Carolina Panthers CB Dante Wesley is clearly on the bubble heading into training camp. To this point, Wesley has mostly been a special teams contributor. With the first three roster spots at cornerback locked up, Wesley will be competing with CBs William Hampton and Eddie Jackson for a roster spot.

Carolina Panthers FS William Hampton (knee) continues to get healthy after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ACL in his knee three and a half months ago, reports Brett Borden of Panthers.com. "I think I'm probably in the third quarter of rehab," said Hampton. "I've gone through the toughest part after surgery, which is breaking down the scar tissue and getting that range of motion back. Now I'm at a place where I can possibly get out and run in the next month or so, and I'll kind of gauge at that point how far I have to go. I'll work on some of my straight ahead running and a little bit of agility work and just see how it feels."
