Fri, 28 Apr 2006 06:07:02 -0700 Mike Zhe, of the Portsmouth Herald, reports the Arizona Cardinals made a recent inquiry into New Hampshire TE Jon Williams. Scouts love his height (6-foot-3), hands and speed (4.81 seconds in the 40-yard dash). The concerns are his blocking ability, he wasn't asked to do much of that in New Hampshire's multiple-formation scheme, and the level of competition he faced in college. He has bulked up from 230 to 247 pounds since the end of the season. The Cardinals expressed concerns about his ability to block in the NFL. "It's funny because their actions seem to speak a little louder than what they're actually saying," his agent Abu Toppin said. "They say they have concerns about his blocking, but they made two trips to UNH and called us asking for film and medical information."
