Carl Lukat, of the Loudon Times-Mirror, reports Frostburg State (Maryland) DE Kevin Culbert is drawing interest from the New York Giants. He signed with agent Jeff Jankovich of Capital Football Associates. Jankovich said the Giants even sent their linebacker coach to Culbert's Pro Day at Towson University in March to work him out. Culbert stands 6 feet, 4 inches and weighs 242 pounds. He has added 15 pounds of muscle mass since his final game at Frostburg. Culbert played defensive line in college but has been projected at linebacker in the NFL.
