The Associated Press reports former Denver Broncos TE Clarence Kay was sentenced Friday, May 5, to six months in jail after pleading guilty to harassment in a domestic violence case.

Former Denver Broncos TE Clarence Kay has been arrested for alleged domestic violence, according to the Associated Press. Kay allegedly got into a shoving match with his girlfriend Monday, April 10, and rammed her head into a carport, Edgewater Sgt. Scott Fowle said. Kay was advised and arraigned on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge, according to court records. A temporary restraining order was issued against Kay. He was scheduled to appear in court again April 21.
