Bob Brookover, of the Philadelphia Inquirer, reports Philadelphia Eagles special teams coordinator Rory Segrest will return for 2008, according to a team source. Head coach Andy Reid felt as though the special teams improved throughout the season and were early because core players were thrust into starting roles by injuries.
