Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos PK Matt Prater has been in the NFL's substance abuse program since being charged with driving under the influence in 2011. Prater reportedly consumed two beers between the end of the Broncos' offseason program and the beginning of July's training camp. As previously reported, Prater is suspended for the first four games of the 2014 season after initially facing a season-long suspension.

Updating a previous report, Denver Broncos PK Matt Prater likely will not appeal his four-game suspension, because his attorney and the NFL agreed to the length. Prater was initially facing a one-year suspension.

Fantasy Tip: It is not known who will fill in for Prater during his suspension, but Prater likely will regain the job when he returns. Owners could consider picking him up off the waiver wire in Week 6 if he is available in their leagues.

"We sent him home," Fox said after Saturday's practice in 54-degree weather and sunshine. "He's going to be fine for the game. Hopefully he'll feel much better tomorrow morning as we prepare to fly to New Jersey."
