The Trenton Times reports the Philadelphia Eagles are still working to decide their starting fullback. Offensive coordinator Brad Childress said the battle is between FBs Cecil Martin, Jamie Reader and rookie Jason McKie. Martin is currently listed as the starter.

Phil Sheridan reports for the Philadelphia Inquirer the Philadelphia Eagles injury list contains 16 names. The size of the list was an indication of how physical yesterday's win over the Giants was. S Brian Dawkins and C Hank Fraley suffered mild concussions, but both stayed in the game. QB Donovan McNabb's (sprained left wrist) injury is bothering him. RBs Correll Buckhalter (sprained ankle) and Jamie Reader (turf toe) were treated Monday. DE Hugh Douglas (neck stinger) should be OK and practice this week. RT Jon Runyan's (pectoral muscle) injury bothered him Sunday. P Sean Landeta (wrist/knee) is banged up. TE Chad Lewis (eye), CBs Bobby Taylor (knee) and Troy Vincent (knee) and LT Tra Thomas (ankle) were all injured yesterday.

Phil Sheridan reports for the Philadelphia Inquirer Philadelphia Eagles FB Cecil Martin suffered a strained hamstring and had to be replaced by Jamie Reader. Later in the game, Reader had to leave due to dehydration. Martin was able to return and Reader was treated with intravenous fluids.

Phil Sheridan reports for the Philadelphia Inquirer Philadelphia Eagles LB Ike Reese returned to practice yesterday afternoon. He had missed four practices with what appeared at first to be a serious ankle sprain. FB Jamie Reader (hamstring) was back for yesterday's morning practice.

The Philadelphia Eagles official site reports fullback is one position the team has no worries about. Cecil Martin has looked terrific in workouts and is making strides as an offensive weapon. Veteran Stanley Pritchett makes a valuable backup and because of his pass catching abilities, he may be utilized in the one back set. There is also competition from free agents Jamie Reader (XFL) and Brennan Ochs (USC). Both Reader and Ochs will have to impress on special teams if they have a shot at making the team.
