Keith Groller, of The Morning Call, reports undrafted rookie free agent OL John Glass (Rutgers) is still waiting to see if an NFL team will call to invite him to training camp. Glass was invited to the New York Giants' rookie camp, but never got on the field. ''They failed me when I took my physical because of a prior knee injury,'' Glass said. ''There's nothing wrong with my knee. My agent told me that (the Giants) are the strictest in the league when it comes to prior injuries. There was nothing I could do. It was frustrating. But I'm keeping my head up. My agent is in contact with a bunch of teams. So, right now it's a waiting game. I still think I'm going to get a shot at an NFL camp.'' Glass suffered a torn ACL, but the injury never bothered him at Rutgers.
