Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Air Force S Denny Poland measured a height of 6-1 1/2 and a weight of 227 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.63 seconds and 4.66 seconds while finishing the short shuttle in 4.07 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.07 seconds. He measured a 42-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-5 long jump while completing 16 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
