Miami Dolphins head coach Nick Saban discussed QB Justin Holland's performance from minicamp. Saban said, "He did fine. All these guys have a lot to learn. It's difficult. It's the quarterback position. There is probably more to learn at that particular position in terms of cadence, motions, formations, calling plays, focusing on trying to read which way you throw the ball. There is just a lot of stuff that those guys have to adapt to and I thought all the quarterbacks here did a pretty good job from that standpoint."

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Colorado State QB Justin Holland measured a height of 6-2 3/8 and a weight of 219 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.97 seconds with the wind and 5.07 seconds against the wind while finishing the short shuttle in 4.46 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.46 seconds. He measured a 29-inch vertical jump and an 8-foot-9 broad jump.

Jason Cole, of the Miami Herald, reports the Miami Dolphins had quarterback coach Jason Garrett attend the Pro Day workout for Colorado State QB Justin Holland. He is considered a potential late-round pick.

Tony Phifer, of the Coloradoan, reports Colorado State QB Justin Holland took part in his Pro Day Friday, March 24. Holland did all of the physical tests and spent 30 minutes throwing passes to WR David Anderson and RB Jimmy Green. Holland ran the 40-yard dash with a time of 4.8 seconds and had scouts nodding in approval with his quick release, tight spirals, and hard, accurate throws.
