St. Louis Rams CB Cortland Finnegan (thigh) is active for his team's Week 16 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Fantasy Tip: He didn't practice all week, but it's not shocking to see that one of head coach Jeff Fisher's favorite vets is up. Finnegan's availability doesn't really negatively impact any of the Bucs' fantasy outlooks, but IDP players may be tempted to use him since he has been a somewhat reliable DB.
