Former NFL QB Terry Bradshaw said he is still feeling the effects of several concussions during his playing days and said that he has suffered from short-term memory loss as well as the loss of some hand-eye coordination, according to The Associated Press.

Former NFL QB Terry Bradshaw was critical of Carolina Panthers QB Jimmy Clausen during an interview, according to WNDU TV. Bradshaw was especially critical of Clausen's delivery. "I didn't like him in college and I don't like him now," Bradshaw said. "I hear great things about him, but he's not my kind of guy. I don't like his motion. I think he's too slow. He played for such a big institution, I just thought he was way too slow with his delivery, way too much shoulder action. Physically, in the way he threw a football, I just didn't like him."

Updating a previous report, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, reports former NFL QB Terry Bradshaw clarified his position earlier during an interview with the New York Daily News, saying he was referring to therapeutical corticosteroid injections and not anabolic steroids, which are banned in the NFL. Corticosteroids, which are used to reduce swelling and inflammation, are not banned by the NFL.

Nathaniel Vinton, of the New York Daily News, reports former NFL QB Terry Bradshaw said he used steroids when he was a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. In an interview with Sports Illustrated's Dan Patrick last week, Bradshaw said he used steroids for healing purposes and that a doctor injected him. However, it is unclear if he was referring to corticosteroids or anabolic steroids, two different categories of steroids.

Ed Bouchette, of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, reports Pittsburgh Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger is on pace to break Terry Bradshaw's franchise record for passing yards in a season. Bradshaw threw for 3,724 yards during the 1979 season. Roethlisberger is on pace to throw for 3,830 yards.

The Austin American-Statesman reports when James Brown left FOX for CBS, there was speculation that Terry Bradshaw might slip over to the host's chair on "Fox NFL Sunday," but it doesn't appear as though that is going to happen. Ed Goren, Fox Sports president and executive producer, told Sirius Satellite Radio: "I love Terry. He is the old straw that stirs the drink. But there isn't enough alcohol in Los Angeles for me to consume if I had to produce a show with Terry being the bandleader."

Kevin Lynch, of the San Francisco Chronicle, reports former NFL QB Terry Bradshaw has said that he had family obligations and that is why he missed the pregame ceremonies for Super Bowl XL. It had also been reported that Bradshaw missed the ceremonies for financial reasons.
