Oakland Raiders OG Mo Collins (knee) has been downgraded to OUT for Sunday's, Dec. 14, game against the Baltimore Ravens with a knee injury that has kept him out of practice all week. Collins said it has not been decided whether he is to have "maintenance" surgery, adding there is no ligament damage to his knee. Against the Ravens, OG Brad Badger will start at right guard with OG Frank Middleton starting at left guard in Collins' absence.
