Seattle Seahawks OT Russell Okung (toe) will receive a second opinion on his toe injury, and he's already been ruled out for Week 3. OT Paul McQuistan will start in Okung's place at left tackle against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rookie OTs Alvin Bailey and Michael Bowie can also fill in for Okung.

Seattle Seahawks OL Paul McQuistan is set to make $3 million in base salary in the final year of a two-year contract. If he is unable to land a starting spot, he has a hefty salary for a backup. However, he is versatile, with the ability to play left tackle, left guard, right guard and right tackle, and he has a history with offensive line coach Tom Cable. The team might also ask him to restructure rather than cutting him.

He had arthroscopic surgery on the left knee during the offseason, and did not take part in organized team activities (OTAs) or minicamp. If healthy, he is slated to start at left guard, replacing OL Paul McQuistan.
