Dolphins | Greg Jennings signs with Miami

Wed, 22 Apr 2015 15:10:33 -0700

Free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) signed an undisclosed deal with the Miami Dolphins Wednesday, April 22.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings will join Jarvis Landry and Kenny Stills as the Dolphins' primary receivers. He's not what he used to be, but Jennings still holds value. He has WR3 potential in an underrated passing offense.

Ravens | Interest in Greg Jennings

Fri, 17 Apr 2015 23:47:49 -0700

Free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) has drawn interest from the Baltimore Ravens, according to sources.

Fantasy Tip: Marlon Brown and Steve Smith are the two top receivers in the Ravens lineup, so Jennings could fit in someplace as a WR2. He's closer to a WR3 in your fantasy league, as he will catch about 700-800 yards maximum barring a sudden upswing.

Saints | Greg Jennings leaves NO

Fri, 17 Apr 2015 09:41:43 -0700

Free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) left his visit with the New Orleans Saints without a contract. Jennings is also considering the Carolina Panthers, Baltimore Ravens and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings had 59 catches for 742 yards and six touchdowns in 2014 with the Minnesota Vikings, and at his age, you can't expect much more than that in 2015. If Jennings lands in New Orleans, he'd be behind Marques Colston and Brandin Cooks on the depth chart, even though the Saints lost Kenny Stills and Jimmy Graham. The situation with the Saints could make Jennings the most valuable to fantasy owners, but he'd still only be useful for receiver depth.

Saint | Greg Jennings will visit Saints

Tue, 14 Apr 2015 13:00:19 -0700

Free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) will visit the New Orleans Saints, according to a source.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings would essentially be replacing Kenny Stills in the Saints' offense. Any receiver of Jennigs' caliber has immediate value to a certain extent, especially with Drew Brees at the helm. Jennings still shouldn't be viewed as more than a WR3 if he does sign.

Mon, 13 Apr 2015 07:14:26 -0700

Free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) is visiting the Jacksonville Jaguars Monday, April 13, according to a league source.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings is still worth a WR5 flyer in PPR formats despite his best days being in the rearview.

Dolphins | Greg Jennings leaves MIA without deal

Tue, 07 Apr 2015 18:16:55 -0700

Updating a previous report, free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) left his visit with the Miami Dolphins Tuesday, April 7, without a contract. However, the door is reportedly open for a deal down the road.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings posted six touchdowns in 2014, his most since 2011, showing he can still be rather effective. In fantasy leagues which reward points per reception (PPR formats), he is still a decent late-round selection on draft day.

Dolphins | Greg Jennings still an option for MIA

Mon, 06 Apr 2015 10:25:55 -0700

Free-agent WR Greg Jennings (Vikings) is still a player the Miami Dolphins are open to signing this offseason.

Fantasy Tip: Jennings has not received a lot of attention this offseason and likely would not be a starting option if he signed with the Dolphins. Jennings could be a later-round pick in fantasy drafts next season but would not be a weekly starting option.
