The Cincinnati Bengals have hired retired offensive line coach Jim McNally as a consultant. McNally will be around the team during offseason workouts and training camp but mostly will do film work.

Chris Brown, of BuffaloBills.com, reports the Buffalo Bills need to find a new offensive line coach after assistant coach Larry Zierlein accepted a job with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Zierlein worked primarily with the offensive tackles last year while offensive line coach Jim McNally worked with the centers and guards.
