The agent for Cleveland Browns LB D'Qwell Jackson said Saturday, Feb. 25, that he had a "very positive meeting" with the team at the NFL Scouting Combine regarding a multi-year contract for his client. "We're working really hard on this and hopefully we can get something done," the agent said. "We're working hard on it every day." The team and Jackson's team have until March 5 to reach an agreement. If they are unable to agree to a deal, the team will use the franchise tag on Jackson, according to a source.
