Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Penn State CB Anwar Phillips worked out at his Pro Day March 16, and measured in with a height of 5-11 3/8 and a weight of 190 pounds. Phillips ran a time of 4.59 and 4.62 seconds in the 40-yard dash, had a 35 1/2-inch vertical jump, a 10-2 long jump, a 4.09 short shuttle, a 11.49 long shuttle, a 6.80 three-cone drill and 10 lifts.
