Mary Kay Cabot, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, reports Cleveland Browns LB Kamerion Wimbley said he was fined $7,500 by the NFL for a roughing the passer penalty in Week 8. Wimbley will appeal the fine, according to his agent.
