Jacksonville Jaguars TE Marcedes Lewis said he is in favor of the team hiring Mike Mularkey as head coach. Mularkey will bring a fresh offensive perspective to the team. "Everybody was ready for it to be done," Lewis said. "For me, personally as an offensive guy, I feel like it's a good hire. We're going to get new schemes, a new offense and a fresh start. We were anxious to know what direction we were going to go in, ready to move on and start our new quest for a championship."

Jacksonville Jaguars TE Marcedes Lewis had another crucial dropped pass in Week 12 against the Houston Texans. It's a problem he has deal with this season, dropping several passes. Head coach Jack Del Rio said Monday, Nov. 28, that he had a conversation with Lewis after the drop. "I said there is a lot of football to be played. You've got to find a way to bounce back," Del Rio said. "That was a horrible miss - everybody knows it. You know it, and I know it. You can't hide from it, and you can't go back and change it. So do everything you can go get yourself out of a funk. Fight your butt off for usfor the rest of the ballgame."

Jacksonville Jaguars TE Marcedes Lewis is hopeful of making an impact in Week 7 against the Baltimore Ravens. "We're looking to him.
