Miami is not content with either RB Patrick Cobbs or CB Nolan Carroll as their primary kick returner. Smith led the NFL last year with a 29.1 average kick return among players with 20-plus returns, but he was placed on Injured Reserve in December after suffering his second concussion of the season.
