He spent many hours going over game file with QB Sam Bradford the last few days. McDaniels said he may have to pare the playbook down when training camp starts because of the lost offseason, but he isn't ready to make that decision yet. Bradford said that the playbook terminology is very different from what the Rams ran last year. McDaniels, however, has taken some of the plays that worked well for Bradford and the Rams from a year ago and incorporated them into his playbook. McDaniels noted his offensive philosophy is to use every part of the field in the passing game and he also likes to mold his schemes around individual player talent.
