Chicago White Sox SP Eric Stults allowed just two runs over six innings in a no-decision Monday, May 7, in the second game of a doubleheader against the Cleveland Indians. He was recalled from Triple-A Charlotte specifically for the outing, and he is expected to return to the Knights shortly.

The Chicago White Sox will recall SP Eric Stults to start the second game of a doubleheader against the Cleveland Indians Monday, May 7. The team optioned SP Dylan Axelrod after his start Sunday, May 6. He needed 99 pitches to make it through 4 1/3 innings in his start against the Detroit Tigers Sunday.
