Kansas City Chiefs TE Anthony Becht said he is ready to play in Week 2 even though he re-signed with the team Friday, Sept. 16. He said he remembers around 98 percent of the offense and is ready to do whatever the team asks him to during the game.

The Kansas City Chiefs have Leonard Pope, Anthony Becht and Jake O'Connell at tight end following the loss of TE Tony Moeaki (knee) for the season. However, all three are blockers and not pass-catching threats. The Chiefs may seek out a pass-catching option at the position, but it will be difficult to find someone capable of replacing Moeaki in the offense because of his versatility.
