Rays.MLB.com's Bill Chastain reports Tampa Bay Rays P Chuck Tiffany, who the Rays acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers two years ago, is now pitching for Class A Vero Beach after missing most of two season with shoulder problems.

Updating a previous item, the Associated Press reports Tampa Bay Devil Rays prospect SP Chuck Tiffany went 11-7 with a 3.93 ERA and 134 strikeouts pitching for Class A Vero in 2005. The Devil Rays believe he has a good chance to be part of the team's future as a starter.

The Tampa Bay Devil Rays have traded RP Danys Baez, RP Lance Carter, and a player to be named later, to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for P Edwin Jackson and P Chuck Tiffany, according to the Associated Press.
