"That was one of the first things Coach Schiano said when he got here – the sooner everybody buys in the faster we'll start winning," Penn said. "So, I think everybody is buying in. Nobody likes losing. Last year was real tough on everybody. Losing that many games in a row at the end is tough, it's real tough. "It could (become a distraction). I think so," Faine said. "And I'm not necessarily saying it's his fault, either. I think that each side of the field needs to even out.
