Jeff Falk, of the Lebanon Daily News, reports the Washington Redskins have invited undrafted rookie free agent QB Brandon Kirsch (Purdue) for a tryout this weekend.

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com, reports Purdue QB Brandon Kirsch measured a height of 6-1 1/2 and a weight of 210 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.76 seconds and 4.81 seconds while finishing the short shuttle in 4.34 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.76 seconds. He measured a 30-inch vertical jump and a 9-foot-1 1/2 broad jump.

The Associated Press reports Purdue junior QB Brandon Kirsch will forgo his final season of eligibility and enter the 2006 NFL Draft.
