Bieniemy was the running backs coach Colorado and has had to deal with the fallout from a football scandal. One article alleges Bieniemy choked a female parking attendant at a Colorado football game in 1994, a report that Bieniemy denies. He was also cited for a DUI in April of 2001, after he had returned to Colorado as a coach.
