Tom James, of the Tribune-Star, reports Missouri State PK Jonathan Scifres will play in the 2006 East-West Shrine Game Saturday, Jan. 21. He is also an early invitee to the NFL Combine, which is scheduled for Feb. 22-28 at the RCA Dome.
