Lyle Spencer, of MLB.com, reports Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim P David Austen went 8-2 with a 1.98 ERA in 11 games in the Venezuelan Winter League. He also had 38 strikeouts and just eight walks in 63 2/3 innings pitched.
