According to NewYorkJets.com, OG Dave Szott, who retired from the New York Jets in February after 14 years in the NFL, will remain with the team in a variety of roles including on-field coaching as well as in the front office. "I'll be working on a little bit on the field with our guards and centers," Szott said. "And I'll be working with Kevin Winston on the Player Development side as well. That combination of things really has me excited. I am in a situation where I can give some time and it's a great organization to be involved in. But I am not in a position where I can commit like a normal assistant coach. They understand that and I think it's going to really work out well."
