Chris Haft, of Giants.MLB.com, reports the San Francisco Giants sent home eight players with the flu: OF Randy Winn, 1B Rich Aurilia, 1B Travis Ishikawa, IF Julio Cordido, CL Armando Benitez, P Tim Lincecum, SP Sun-Woo Kim and P Kelyn Acosta. Aurilia and Winn were both scratched from their starts against the Chicago Cubs Thursday, March 1.
