"You know, for me, I've done it before and I don't mind it," Bush said. "I feel I can still do it if I need to, and if they want me to do it, I'll definitely go out there and return punts."

WR Terrence Austin, WR Patrick Edwards, RB Steven Miller, WR Mike Thomas and WR Cody Wilson also took turns returning punts. Fantasy Tip: Fantasy owners would definitely like to see Bush off punt returns, as it is just extra chance he can become injured. Nothing is engraved in stone just yet, and Bush will still be an outstanding fantasy option, especially in PPR (points per receptions) leagues.

He proved in Miami that he can be a primary back, too, so Detroit will likely use him as such and leave the short-yardage situations to Mikel Leshoure.

Fantasy Tip: It appears Bush will return to being a beast in points-per-reception (PPR) fantasy leagues once again. It wasn't that he was bad in those leagues over the past two season, but if he posts 50-60 catches per season in Detroit's high-octane offense, he'll certainly have a lot more worth than as an every-down back.

Among the unrestricted free agents they could target this offseason include St. Louis Rams RB Steven Jackson, Miami Dolphins RB Reggie Bush, Dallas Cowboys RB Felix Jones and New York Jets RB Shonn Greene. Green Bay would likely be interested in Jackson in the secondary market because he'll be 30 this year. The Packers had some success using RBs DuJuan Harris, Alex Green and James Starks, but only enough to occasionally draw an opponent's safety into the box. "If you're running the ball and they're closing the middle of the field and bringing an extra guy down, it obviously plays to our strengths as a pass group," running backs coach Alex Van Pelt said. "There were times when I thought we forced their hand and they had to stop it, but we'd obviously like to be more consistent and more productive from start to finish." Harris has plenty of potential, but his lack of size led him to wear down at the end. Green Bay is unlikely to take another chance with RB Cedric Benson and the team might not be willing to pay Starks $1.323 million given his injury history.
