Commissioner Bud Selig appointed the members to the panel, which also includes Baltimore Orioles president Andy MacPhail, Cleveland Indians general manager Mark Shapiro, Atlanta Braves president John Schuerzholz, former Minnesota Twins GM Terry Ryan, Hall of Famer Frank Robinson, political columnist George Will and the owners for four teams.
