Rockies | Nick Hundley sitting vs. Tampa

Wed, 20 Jul 2016 09:14:23 -0700

Colorado Rockies C Nick Hundley is not in the starting lineup Wednesday, July 20. C Tony Wolters is starting behind the plate and batting eighth against Tampa Bay Rays SP Chris Archer Wednesday.

Fantasy Tip: Hundley has underwhelmed during a 30-game stretch with a .230/.310/.380 slash line and just two home runs and 14 RBI since returning from the disabled list Friday, June 3. Currently, he should be viewed as a low-end option in cavernous mixed, two-catcher and NL-only leagues. Given the game is at Coors Field, Wolters is worth starting in all seasonal leagues and warrants a long look in daily contests. He owns a .311/.391/.492 line at home this season, after all.
