The New York Mets acquired OF Bubba Bell from the Cleveland Indians Friday, May 13, in exchange for cash considerations. Bell will report to Triple-A Buffalo.

The Cleveland Indians acquired OF Bubba Bell from the Boston Red Sox in exchange for cash and assigned him to Triple-A Columbus, according to the team's Twitter page.

Marc Jimenez, of MiLB.com, reports Boston Red Sox OF Bubba Bell hit two three-run home runs Monday, June 25, for Class A Lancaster. Bell, who leads the California League with 20 home runs and 72 RBI, is in the running for the Triple Crown this season.
