Milwaukee Brewers OF Ryan Braun (back) is returning to the lineup and is hitting third against San Francisco Giants SP Jake Peavy Wednesday, July 29.

Fantasy Tip: Braun ($5,700, 11.4% of cap) has three home runs and 11 RBI while hitting .243 (18-for-74) this month, and he's currently riding a four-game hitting streak. He has only two hits in 14 career at-bats against Peavy with six strikeouts, though, so perhaps it's best to wait another day to use Braun in your FantasyScore lineups.

Milwaukee Brewers OF Ryan Braun has been named to the National League All-Star team as an injury replacement for St. Louis Cardinals OF Matt Holliday (quadriceps). Los Angeles Dodgers OF Joc Pederson will replace Holliday in the starting lineup.

Fantasy Tip: Braun ($5,100, 10.2% of cap) was batting .272 with 15 homers and 55 RBIs entering play Sunday, July 12, and is making his first All-Star appearance since being suspended for using steroids during the 2013 season. Pederson ($5,700, 11.4% of cap) entered play Sunday hitting .230 with 20 home runs and 40 RBIs.

Fantasy Tip: Braun ($5,100, 10.2% of cap) has been pretty hot of late, going 19-for-49 (.388) with one home run and 10 RBI since June 26 in 11 starts. The power has waned a bit, but as long as his wrist doesn't worsen, Braun should be fine.
