Carl Willis will serve as the pitching coach, Chris Chambliss will serve as the hitting coach, Jeff Datz will be the third base coach, Jaime Navarro will serve as the bullpen coach, Robby Thompson will serve as the bench coach and Mike Brumley will be the first base coach.

He joins the Mariners from the Cleveland Indians, where he served as the special assistant to baseball operations during Wedge's stint as manager. Thompson also served as Wedge's bench coach for the 2005 season.
