Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports the San Francisco 49ers have informed FB Zak Keasey (forearm) that he will be released with an injury settlement, according to a league source. Keasey is expected to miss eight to 10 weeks with a broken forearm. The team will have the option to re-sign Keasey later in the year.
