OT Daryl Terrell took Winey's place during the game. Winey has been playing left tackle over the past couple of weeks in place of injured OT Chris Samuels (knee).

The Florida Times-Union reports the Jacksonville Jaguars wasted no time spending their new found salary cap money Monday. The Jaguars reached a verbal agreement with free agent backup OT Daryl Terrell (Saints) and appeared to be close to a deal with free agent backup C Kevin Long (Titans). The deal with Terrell will be oficially a two-year, $2 million deal, although it's more like a one-year deal with a $25,000 signing bonus and a $450,000 base salary.

LB Charlie Clemons (questionable with an injured quad) practiced on a limited basis Thursday. Starting LT Willie Roaf did not work for a second consecutive day Thursday and remains doubtful for Sunday. He rode a stationary bike and received treatment. As previously reported, Daryl Terrell is expected to start in his place if Roaf can't play.

Roaf remains doubtful and if he can't play he will be replaced in the lineup by Daryl Terrell. Terrell has started one game in two-plus seasons and that was at tight end in 1999. Stachelski was tendered at $298,000, while all the others were given $389,000 offers.
