The Florida Times-Union reports the Jacksonville Jaguars wasted no time spending their new found salary cap money Monday. The Jaguars reached a verbal agreement with free agent backup OT Daryl Terrell (Saints) and appeared to be close to a deal with free agent backup C Kevin Long (Titans). The deal with Terrell will be oficially a two-year, $2 million deal, although it's more like a one-year deal with a $25,000 signing bonus and a $450,000 base salary.
