Sat, 17 May 2003 03:32:13 -0700 ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli reports there is no chance that free agent OT Wally Williams (Saints) will play in the NFL during the 2003 season, despite the fact that several teams are courting him, because of a suspension for a repeat violation of the league's substance abuse policy. The earliest he could join a team is in the spring of 2004, when he would be 33 years old, but Williams is not planning a comeback.
