New York Jets head coach Eric Mangini said during a press conference he believes RB Cedric Houston's departure from the team is likely permanent. "From conversations, I think it is permanent. He's made a decision that he wants to move on with the rest of his life. I respect that decision. He thought it was what was best for him," Mangini said.
